Data controller

Nafamar Integrity SL, Spanish tax ID B05793724, registered office at [domicilio social completo], Madrid (España). Contact: info@nafamar.com.

What data we process

The details you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your enquiry. We do not ask for sensitive data.

What we use it for

  • Replying to your enquiry or request for a quotation.
  • Preparing and managing the business relationship if we work together (offers, contracts, deliveries and invoicing).

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission or to make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Keeping business records is based on legal commercial and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to one year after the last contact. If we work together: for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the legal retention periods (generally six years for business records).

Who else can access it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The providers that serve us (web hosting, email and form delivery) may access it only to provide that service, under a data processing agreement. The contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards your message to us by email and keeps it for no more than 30 days. If any of them is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another appropriate safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@nafamar.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
