What do you need to open an account?
Your company name, registered address, VAT or tax ID and a contact person. For suppliers we also ask for product specifications and the relevant certificates.
Which payment terms do you offer?
It depends on the deal and on credit approval: prepayment, cash against documents or a letter of credit. Approved customers can work on open terms.
How do you deliver?
Under Incoterms 2020, usually FCA or DAP by truck within Europe and CFR or CIF by container for the rest of the world. We can also work EXW if you organise your own transport.
Do you offer bio versions?
Yes, in every family, especially cocoa, coffee, nuts, fruit, superfoods and whey proteins. Every bio shipment comes with its certificate.
Which documents come with each shipment?
Product specification, certificate of analysis, invoice and packing list, plus certificate of origin, health certificate or bio certificate when the product or destination requires them.
